


There's a chance that they may need to update the accepted card numbers with EBSCO. We hope you'll check it out again now that this has been addressed! Additionally, if you find that your library card number isn't being accepted, we might recommend reaching out to your librarians, as they configure that barcode sign in along with EBSCO Technical Support. However, I'm happy to report that the latest version of the app available for download includes an improvement to the service that powers Find My Library. We're sorry to hear that you encountered this issue with the Find My Library menu. Other than that, I’d wait to see if they make the app actually work in future updates. But if, like me, your library offers access, might as well try to login. If you have to pay for this app, don’t bother. Your mileage with this app may vary… But I deleted it. Unfortunately, it took many attempts to get the app to locate my library system and once it did, the app wouldn’t accept my library card number (OverDrive and Hoopla had no issues doing the same). Was eager to use the app once I discovered that access was available through my public library membership.
